All over the nation, homeowners are embracing what is undoubtedly one of the most fascinating trends of the 21st century.

And it’s a trend that shows no sign of slowing down.

What’s happening is more and more homeowners are saying “good bye” to their large, burdensome and expensive “McMansions” in exchange for smaller, more hassle-free and much more affordable “tiny houses.”

So… what’s a tiny house?

It’s a simple, affordable house that’s about eight feet wide and sixteen feet long.

About the size of a “normal” house’s garage.

Not very big, mind you, but still very, very livable!

You see, well-constructed tiny houses can include a living room area with seating and an installed digital TV, a sleeping loft, a fully-stocked kitchen, a dining area, a bathroom, a shower, a work area, and even a veranda with outside seating.

As you’ll soon find out, there are many, many reasons why more and more homeowners are gravitating towards the “tiny house movement” in the 21st century.

And it’s something just about any homeowner can do, too.
